"Recently added a new car to our policy. Crystal was very helpful taking me through the process of removing the old and replacing with a new policy. I had the insurance binder for the dealer and my temporary insurance card for the new car within minutes of concluding our telephone conversation. "Cassandra Steadmon was very helpful, informative and upfront about the policies I was looking into, including things I inquired about. She was very friendly and funny too which also made the conversation less formal and more easy to freely communicate unlike my previous insurance company that seemed more business orientated, stiff, and irritable. This was a very nice breath of fresh air, add a nice auto+renters coverage price and I'm very happy to leave my previous insurance company behind.
