"Received a call from this agents office today. They are not my current agent. They called me to tell me that my agent that I have used for 20 years was retiring and I was now their client. This is 1st class customer service. Why? In 20 years I never heard from my agent. I had to call their office. I did not know my agent was retiring. No communication at all. This office called and introduced themselves to me. Told me everything that was going on and what will go on in the future with them as my agent. I have been in the customer service/ sales business for 25 years. This is how it is done. I look forward to doing business with them. I have to again leave another great review. This office and it's staff provide excellent customer service. 10/17/25- Katie Bennett is a first class agent. She recently had me come in and review my options with State Farm who I have used for over 20 plus years. My old agent never once made contact to discuss options and savings that State Farm offers. She is very knowledgeable and was fantastic to deal with. Great customer service is a dying thing but Katie is outstanding. If you need a great agent she is the one to go see."
